Our monthly social media management approach includes:

Video Post Production

Video rough cut and post-production is offered as an add-on service for established design clients only.

Vector Art

Vector art is our design specialty. Whether you're looking for unique promotional materials, graphics rich posters, custom brand artwork, tailor-made icons, or infinitely re-sizable vector graphics, we can help!

Vector artwork is becoming more popular for diverse digital media applications due to its scalable image quality and simplicity of design. Many companies opt for a vectorized logo to increased ease of application across print and digital mediums.

Vector artwork, although infinitely customizable, is typically a high-complexity design process requiring increased time investment and longer lead times.

Vinyl Cutting/Decals

We are outfitted with the in-house equipment to meet many of your business decal needs including:

  • Large-format custom vinyl cutting (up to 22" wide and 24 feet long)
  • Vinyl Decals - Single, dual (two), or tri (three) color options, indoor or outdoor applications, multiple sizes available

Vinyl cutting services are offered on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can adequately meet your needs.

Screenprinting

We offer unique screen-printing process that differs from other screenprint shops in more than one way.

Our screenprint processes utilize eco-friendly and sustainably sourced materials. Our shop produces less waste and avoids exposing people and the planet to the harmful chemicals and toxins that are found in traditional screen-print shops. To facilitate our eco-friendly process, each item produced in our shop is hand-printed with care.

The finished product reflects our high-attention to detail and quality, without compromising our commitment to using safe and sustainable print processes. Our water-based screenprints produce a soft "hand" and are durable enough to last the life of the garment without losing clarity of design.

Baroness Design Shop currently offers limited screenprinting services to our clientele. If you are interested in screenprinted products, please schedule a consultation to discuss your options.

Pricing - Highly variable, depending on a variety of factors. Typically $15-$30 per shirt.

Apparel minimum-quantity: 30 items.

Custom Signage

Custom signage is one of our specialties at Baroness Design Shop. We have worked on projects that encompass everything from large format aluminum signage to custom wood wall art.

Several customization options available for a variety of uses and applications. Some purposes we have created custom signage for in the past were: Small business signage solutions, wedding signage and decors, custom gifts and wall art, outdoor directional signage, leaning porch signs, custom address placards, and more.

DTF Apparel

Now offering custom DTF apparel for our local clients!

Direct To Film (DTF) is an excellent option for small-batch custom t-shirt or apparel design, boasting rich color vibrancy and design durability at a cost-efficient rate. DTF can be applied universally to most cotton and poly blends with great results.

Pricing - Varies. Cost per shirt is typically between $15-$25 depending on quantity ordered and blank chosen.

Service Terms and Conditions

Service Rates

Standard service rates are fixed and non-negotiable. Additional fees may apply in exceptional situations.

Service exceptions:

  • Logos, vector art, emblems, or other complex media design may be billed based on a fixed, quoted pricing, regardless of how many hours are spent on the project, but this is not guaranteed unless specified in contract terms.
  • Rush orders and expedited service will incur an additional fee.
  • Design Revisions - First round of revisions will be included in the initial design assessment. Additional revisions will be billed by round, at $65 per round.
  • Complex Revisions - Major, structural, or fundamental revisions to an original design will be subject to additional fees.

We offer discounted graphic design services (Specialty Services do not apply) for the following organizations:

  • Non-profits with a 501(c)(3) designation

Payments and Deposits

Baroness Design Shop requires a 50% deposit on Graphic Design service quotes prior to services being rendered. Payment in-full must be issued upon delivery of finished project, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Specialty services require 100% payment in full prior to services being rendered.

All services will be billed via invoice. Select clients may be eligible for NET 10 or NET 30 terms, upon client request and/or at our sole discretion.

We accept payments via check, cash, or credit card (processed by Shopify Payments).

Rush Orders and Expedited Service

Rush orders, expedited services, and custom order requests will be subject to additional charges and fees.

We will attempt to accommodate customer rush order or other services requests when possible, however, we cannot guarantee accommodation.

We reserve the right to refuse rush order, expedited, and other custom order requests for any reason (whether expressed, implied, or unmentioned).

Any applicable deposits and charges will be refunded to the customer if Baroness Design Shop initiates a service request refusal.

Contract Terms

All services rendered will be subject to the terms of service outlined in the Design Service Agreement. No services will be initiated and no promises will be legally binding until both parties agree to the service terms listed in the Design Service Agreement.

The Design Service Agreement may include, but is not limited to, detailed project descriptions, scheduled project timelines, payment terms, terms of design revision, ownership of properties, representations and/or warranties, disclaimers and liabilities, governing jurisdictions, and more.

The Design Service Agreement will be entered into between Baroness Design Shop and a client prior to services being rendered.

Upon agreeing to the contract terms listed in the Design Service Agreement and paying the requisite deposits on the quoted service, the client releases Baroness Design Shop to begin working on their design project and will become ineligible for a deposit refund at that time.

Quotes and Questionnaires

Service Quotes may be requested by clients after completing either a consultation or questionnaire with Baroness Design Shop.

We recommend scheduling a consultation to all of our service clients. However, in the event that consultation is not possible, prospective clients may request a service Questionnaire to be emailed to them instead.

All specialty services will be quoted prior to services being initiated. Quotes will not represent binding agreements of payments due, but will provide an estimate for services requested at the time of consultation. The Design Service Agreement and subsequent service invoices will represent binding agreements of payments due upon completion of services rendered.

Graphic design services that are not quoted will be billed by invoice at their respective fixed hourly rates. Graphic design rates are non-negotiable once services have been rendered. Invoices represent legally binding terms of payments due.

Right to Refuse Service

Baroness Design Shop, and all of it's affiliates and associates, including it's owner, Lauren "Lou" Garrison, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone (individuals, partners, businesses, companies, corporations, etc.) for any reason (whether expressed, implied, or unmentioned) entirely as we deem fit.

Further, we maintain that we are under no obligations to provide, in writing or otherwise, any statements and/or clarifications to support our decisions to refuse service to any client.
